It’s officially here, a store for the senses—4,500 sq ft of doughnut bliss in the heart of Times Square. We worked with Krispy Kreme to design and launch a one-of-a-kind New York flagship that brings the iconic doughnut theater experience to life on the world’s stage. Highlighting the end-to-end doughnut-making process, the journey through the space gives customers a glimpse into how their tasty treats come to be, complete with mouthwatering glaze waterfall.

The world’s largest Hot Light signals the Times Square masses, 24 hours a day, that hot and fresh doughnuts await. Patrons can enjoy that first melt-in-your mouth bite of a warm Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut from the doughnut box stadium style seating or take doughnuts to go via the 24/7 mobile pickup window at street level.
The new flagship produces more than just oohs and ahhs. Roughly 380 dozen donuts per hour will be made hot and fresh and the store will serve more guests annually than any other Krispy Kreme location in the world.
