As Architect of Record, we will compile a complete drawing and specification package, including documents from our engineering partners and consultants, incorporating all state and local regulatory code requirements. We’ll handle the necessary permitting as well as monitor the work generated by our fabricators and various contractors to assure design intent remains as pure as possible. We’ll assist you by evaluating bids and negotiating with contractors, vendors and fabricators, awarding the contract to the selected bidder. Our core responsibility during the Construction Contract Administration phase is to help the contractor build a successful project that realizes design intent and client wishes.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Graphic Artwork & Production” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]Translating a designer’s vision into high-quality printed or fabricated graphics takes aesthetic skill, technical craft and expert vendor coordination. We will create graphic final artwork files that leave nothing to interpretation, providing specifications and tolerances for a broad range of printing/fabrication processes. From asset management and expert typesetting to color quality and fabrication oversight, the proof is in the print.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Fixture, Millwork Fabrication & Visual Systems” color=”Extra-Color-2″][vc_column_text]We will work with the chosen fixture vendors to review design intent drawings and help them complete engineered shop drawings for review. We’ll review material submissions, approve mock-ups, coordinate site and vendor visits, and assure entire quality control. We’ll also provide you with a complete visual summary of props, mannequins and display elements, even coordinating delivery to your prototype location.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle title=”Installation Coordination” color=”Default”][vc_column_text]When the big week comes, we’re there to provide on-site coordination. Our implementation team assures that fixtures and signage are built as specified. We can supervise and assist with fixture installation, graphic and signage installation and coordination. It’s vital to have our visual team handy, finalizing displays to assure you’re camera-ready for opening day.
